Steven Dubois

In his first Olympic Games, Steven Dubois became a breakout short-track star at Beijing 2022. Coming off an overall win at the 2021 Canadian Championships, Steven solidified Team Canada’s dominance in short track, completing the distinctly Canadian natural hat trick of the gold, silver, and bronze Olympic medals. Steven, who holds the national 500m record, further proved his dominance when he was crowned the 500m Vice World Champion in 2023 before capping off his season with two more gold medals at the 2024 World Cup in Gdansk, Poland.

Despite recovering from a hip injury, Steven became the 2025 ISU World Champion in four different events. At the 2026 Olympic Winter Games, Steven earned his first individual Olympic gold medal in the 500m event, as well as a silver medal in the Team Relay, bringing his career total to 5 Olympic medals.
